that my right side Passing lamp was out on my 05 Deluxe. When i got home i took it off and pulled the bulb. A couple questions for any that have replace a bulb in the passing lamp. The rubber boot covering the bulb area is all broken/cracked. Is it necessary that i replace that? Is there a better bulb to replace the OEM? I have to buy one that is a given but if there is a brighter (better) one i would rather buy two and have them match. I prefer to not have something that may overload the system and blowing fuses etc. Help with brand and part #'s appreciated.
