This past Sat bought my first deluxe, a 2007 one with 3,328 miles on it. Looking forward to a set of vance and hines staggered pipes and many other changes to come, as well as all this snow melting away and springs arrival.
That's a nice looking bike! I can relate to the snow... Been a lot of melting in the last week so I have only two feet in the yard but expecting more tonight. Went down to the garage and checked my bike yesterday... first time in three months that I could even get in there!
That's an awesome score but those miles are just pathetic! You rescued this bike and the previous owner should never, ever think he was a motorcyclist/biker or whatever name they dreamed up. His garage was clearly a storage facility. That's less than 500 miles a year....
The local Dealership told me that they kept track of miles for a couple years on bikes that they store there during the winter. The average was less than 600 miles a year! That is crazy! That is a day worth of riding. Seems like a lot of money to spend to put on 600 miles a year. Nevertheless great find and a great bike!
