I just sold my 1998 FXSTC and bought a Fat Boy and love it. My position was different as the FXSTC was an EVO and the FB is a twin cam but I really like theFat Boy. As much as you want to think you will not change much on the new bike you will. The fact that your on these forums shows you have the bug and as long as theres something they make in chrome that you don't have you will make changes over time. It's part of the HD experience.

 

I got a 05 FLSTFI and love it,you just need to take a few test rides and see what feels better.Upgrades never stop it seems.So if you like the fatboy and the other bars just make the bar switch when you buy it.Good Luck and go phat
