can't post the pic from my phone in the thread but it's in my album. The guy I bought it from has it set up pretty nice..... I just want a bigger front wheel and that's about it.
That is a nice scoot to start with!! Seat/fender gap already closed up! They are sweet bikes once you make them yours. I have had mine since new and love it and it will go nowhere...
Safety tip - I have run metzler and dunlop tires with great results. I tried to run a veerubber 260x35-18 on the rear. Looked cool, BUT delaminated a huge section of tire with only half the tread gone. When we pulled it off, there were MANY voids in the rubber and there were loose pieces of cord floating around in the rubber...scary...
Ride safe.
Thanks guys... I really appreciate it. I've liked these bikes since they came out.... almost bought a street glide, probably will eventually, but this deal was to good to pass up. I have a lot of stock parts I'm gonna be selling soon.
just looking at the risers, there doesn't seem to be any adjustment possible with the stock rocker handlebars.... am I correct in that assumption. I'm going to have to get my bars up a little bit. I'm 6'3" so the position of the grips feels a little low and maybe a touch to close as well.
