Sounds very similar to the last issue I had with my SS. J.D. sent me a new one and I haven't heard back what the issue was.

Did you ever figure out the problem with yours?

Thumbs up

just an update.... as soon as i posted about the problem JD hit me up and told me to bring it in. I finally was able to find time to go down there and without any hesitation JD just replaced the whole thing. not sure what the problem was maybe a coil in the compressor. just wanted to post another testament to the excellent customer service that comes with the shotgun shock. thanks a lot JD back to riding on that pillow like air ride.

You have to love a guy that not only does the labor without question, but also throws brand new parts in while you are there. All at the same place where they are building new ones almost 100% in house.

Is JD a member here on HDforums and if so, what is his username?

This kind of positive feedback on the customer service is outstanding, and unfortunately something you do not here much of nowadays.

I've been on the fence about a SS set-up for both of the bikes, but am very interested after reading all of these great things!
