so i went out for a ride today shock worked fine all day. noticed towards the end i was riding all the way slammed attempted to raise the bike and got nothing. when you hit the switches it sounds like the compressor is working twice as hard but the bike doesnt move. any ideas???????
Sounds very similar to the last issue I had with my SS. J.D. sent me a new one and I haven't heard back what the issue was.
just an update.... as soon as i posted about the problem JD hit me up and told me to bring it in. I finally was able to find time to go down there and without any hesitation JD just replaced the whole thing. not sure what the problem was maybe a coil in the compressor. just wanted to post another testament to the excellent customer service that comes with the shotgun shock. thanks a lot JD back to riding on that pillow like air ride.
