Default Headlight/passing lamp conversion Question

Howdy! The missus would like for me to update the lighting in her 2004 Heritage and I have a question. The lamps in her bike are currently the stock halogen with the fluted lenses. What she wants is to change her sealed passing lamps to the auxiliary lamp bulb kit (HD part 68348-05) that has the clear lens and vertical reflector optics so she can have a PIAA bulb. Make sense? I will replace the lens and reflector for the headlamp to match. My question is: aren't the bulbs in the passing / auxiliary lamps H3? The dealership says they are H11s. Any help ya'll may have would be great!
