I have a 2014 Breakout and the glue on the passenger seat pad separated after I gave someone a ride. Any suggestions on how to reglue without disassembling? Not sure if due to the cold. Don't think the dealer will warranty it.
I'd take it back due to manufacturer flaw and make them warranty it. At least try before you try and fix it yourself and void whatever warranty it may have.
BUT
If you must dabble then this is what I'd recommend:
Both work very well IF applied properly. I've used both to re-upholster my boat and I use the 3M spray on the soles of shoes that start to separate with no problems. You just have to make sure after you apply the glue to both sides of whatever you're sticking you let it sit and get tacky for a bit before you press them together to get the best bond. I usually put a towel over something small and wrap the living hell out of it with electrical tape to let it set up for a few days.
don't tell us n here, its still under warrenty... take it to your dealer and they'll fix it... if not then there are all kinds of good glues that will work to stick it back..
