Default Exhaust selection help(please)

Loooking at either getting PYTHONS-staggered duals exhaust.Or VANCE&HINES-"Big Shots" staggered.

My question to the forum is as to which one sounds the best? Better performnace? There is a $75.00 price difference between the two $75.00 more I am assuming for the V&H name?

Thanks in advane for the help.

I knew a guy that had the Pythons. They sounded really nice. Not too loud, but a really rich rumble. I haven't heard the VH in person, though.

Personal preference, but it seems the V&H BSS are a popular choice. Depending on how you look at it, that is a good thing and a bad thing.

I have the pythons on my 06 fatboy.I got them for 359.00 shipped to my door 2 days later from Eastern Performance. The Pythons are made by Vance and Hines for a company called Drag Specialties. The only difference is the end caps are fixed and are not removable, but I didn't see that as a reason to spend another 220.00 plus tax for the V&H considering I was not going to turn or remove them. I absolutely love the Pythons and if I had to do it again I would in a second including getting from Eastern Performance. If you want a nice LOUD exhaust the Pythons will do it. If you want them a little quiter I'm pretty sure you can order quite baffles......My 2 cents

I forgot one thing......After I installed the pipes and the stage 1 a/c I rode the bike to the dealer about a half a mile from home for the download. Coinsidentally when they pulled my bike out of the shop for a test ride anotherFatboy came out the door right behind mine with the V&H BSS .........Honestly I think the Pythons were a little louder. Just my opinion.

Didn't read far enough to see if someone else told you this but, Pythons & Vance are made by the same manufacturer. Sound the same, look the same except for the name on the pipr.
