New member here. I own a 2008 Heritage Classic. Did a search and found a couple of posts where members said they ran the Supertrapp Supermeg on their FLSTC Heritage classics with stock leather bags with no problems.

Just ordered the chrome 128-71572 and the sellers advised they are not recommended for Softails with Springer style bags.

Anyone familiar with this issue?

I believe springer-style bags hang lower than the stock Heritage bags...
