just took my bike out of the garge. i see the back wheel on the chrome part of the wheel has some black marks on it i tryed getting them out nothing, any help would be nice thanks .

 

What kind of black marks? If it's small dots it could be pitting from road salt. Alum polish won't take them out. You may need to steel wool or sand them out. My back wheel got some pitting so I am just going to have them pc'ed black.
