Yea, I can help you out! Tell them to go F*** themselves! It's your bike, your money, do as you want and what trips your trigger. I would only consider something like this is if THEY were making the payments on the bike. You ever think they might wish they had those studded bags? There isn't one thing on my bike that is there for any other reason than I want it there! If there isn't something there it's because I don't like it and don't want it there.
Lastly, they say or make gay remarks about your bike? Tell them they would look really bad, really silly having their a$$ kicked by a gay guy riding on a gay bike!
.... It's your bike, make it your bike! I took **** about my headlight from a few people when I bought it from Headwinds. But it flows with the scheme of my bike and I more or less told them if they don't like it, don't look at it....
I have a hard bag setup for your Heritage for sale, it has hard bags with extensions and lids, bagger tail kit for a softail, and the hardware kit. Email me at cycleryder02@aol.com or PM me.
Thanks for the comments, you guys are right.... screw them. Yes I like them and since I have the hottest wife the gay thing doesn't fly anyways. Never can have enough storage anyways.
Here she is, the last thing I am doing to it is installing all the LED lamps, and signals which are on order.

Maybe they're just messing with you because they like you. If they were dead serious or kept it up every time they saw me, I'd dump them because that crap does get old. But it's stuff like that, is why I ride solo.
Man, your bike should be about what you want, if you really don't care for the studded look there are a boatload of bag options out there. I was told by a guy that owns a local bike shop that the parts I wanted to buy would look stupid on my bike, I bought them anyway and I get a ton of compliments on how good they look, and they look like like they were made specifically for my bike. Your bike, your money and your style, if they don't like it than new friends are much cheaper and a better return on the investment.
It sure is pretty with all those little studs and conchos on everything. Maybe you should also bedazzle the bags with some of those shinny little rhinestones. Just kidding. It's a clean looking ride.
