Default Creative document holder ideas?

I have a set of the chrome 5/8" seat nuts on my Deluxe. I want to remove my registration & proof of insurance from under the seat. Not wanting to use a bag, I am thinking of keeping them in either an old style tool box or tube of some sort. What do you guys use/suggest? Thx!

I no longer keep them on my bike. Someone liberated them from a hotel parking lot one night. Probably because they were in a nice, waterproof bag that was the only thing in my saddlebags...

Those stay in my wallet and not on the bike (or in my cars either).
Why give a thief your proof of ownership?

I made a copy of my registration, laminated it, and keep it in my vest pocket. The original stays at home in the folder with all my receipts and title. My insurance card comes laminated; I keep that in my wallet.

Wallet as well. I have some stash tubes I'd get rid of though. They came on the bike and I wasn't in to them.
