Tire cupping
That is the pressure stated on the sidewall as well as my owners manual. I am going ask the tech when I get it changed out on Thursday.

The rim could be out of round/true. Make sure your spokes are properly tensioned... (i.e. no loose spokes). Put the front wheel up in the air, remove the wheel, remove the rotor, put the wheel back on the axle and spin it with an indicator at the rim to see if it's aligned properly.
