Default Deuce throttle cable routing?

My 2003 Deuce with stock handlebars significantly increases idle speed when the bars are turned fully to the right. It's annoying and potentially dangerous in low speed maneuvers. This bike is now-to-me and I suspect the PO had some work done and the cables were routed incorrectly...

Can someone provide a routing diagram from their shop manual?

Thank you!

Sounds like just a Throttle Cable Adjustment is needed .

First thing I would do is check the adjustment on the throttle cables....that is so easy and almost intuitive I imagine you already did that.

Default Throttle cable adjustment

Ha! There were two things on my agenda when I posted. 1) Adjust the throttle cable so that it has a bit more free play and, 2) figure out the idle issue. It looks as if the first might resolve the second.

Thanks!
