I just went to install my Randiantz Z flex tail light with integrated turn signals. I have a badlands illuminator module and after I wired everything up, the turn signals stay solid. I cannot figure this out. The hazards work and blink but the turn signals just stay solid. Thanks for the help
Call Radiantz-1-877-469-4241.
They helped me out, after I installed their LED tail light on my fatboy.
The check engine light came on,and wouldn't go out. Was throwing a sht code.
There was a loop in the tail light that shouldn't have been there.Cut it,per thier instructions, light on dash went out, tail light works great.
I'm glad to hear you got it straightened away. I called them right away when I hit a wall and they told me to call Badlands since I have their TSM in my bike saying it must be the module. Well Namz (who owns Badlands) did not help at all either unfortunately
I have dual filament turn signals up front and the LED lights in the back. I did not buy a resistor or anything because Radiantz told me that my badlands module would make a resistor unnecessary. Idk if I need to put a resistor in or their Drugz circuits or if the combination between dual filament and LED may be messing it up.
What year bike and are both units plug and play or did you do any splicing? Your Badlands unit is a RTB module? Check to see that model has the built in load equalizer but that wouldn't stop it from blinking.
On the newer bikes I think the turn signal blinking is controlled by the ECM

I have a 1999 Fatboy. The Badlands Illuminator module was installed by the PO and the turn signals/brake lights worked fine until I cut it and went to install the LED. The Badlands Illuminator module does have a built in load equalizer so I feel that eliminates the need for a resistor?
