I'm have come to believe that air pressure is critical to a smooth ride.
That being said, has anyone got any opinions on installing a wireless air pressure system?
Not only for ride quality and tire wear, I would think it also would be a nice safety feature to know if a tire is low on or losing air.
i've thought about getting this.... the key chain has a audio alarm, vibrating alarm, and a visual color change any time your pressure or temps go a off of your set levels. they also have a screen you can mount as well.
I beleive you will see tire pressure system on all Harley's in the future same as most new cars have. I am on the HD advisory committee and the question has come up on what do we thing of having a system for air pressure

The fact that these systems have existed on cars for over 10 years and have been legally mandated by the government since like 2006 or close... the fact that HD is still "talking" about them kinda shows how behind the MoCo really is. Plus I would say they could really be a huge win where safety is concerned.
I've had a tire (tube) go down at highway speed... NOT fun! Not saying a TPMS would have helped, but it might have.
Gold Wings have had TPMS for a while now, so there really is no good reason HD hasn't at least offered it as an option.
