..that's a lot of $$ for a 12" sq. piece of foam.
for that much you could buy a real seat...
Unless your goal is to use the product for its intended purpose; to alleviate the need for a semi-permanent passenger seat while still being able to ride a passenger on the fly.
I ride with two guys that ride passengers regularly on their Lepera Silhouette's. Don't see much of a difference in the amount of padding provided between the two. I can have my solo seat and stash one of these pads just in case without having to drill another hole in my custom fender.
i don't have any experience with them, they seem convenient if your out with just your solo seat only and want the option to pick up at any time, but prob not very comfortable for the passenger.
ive been considering a suction cup one for my RSD tacker fender. that's if i can ever get my wife to ride on the back, which she has never done. Although i'm not even sure if i can carry passengers with the bike lowered now....
if your interested in suction cup ones...
ive heard a lot people say good things about http://www.phantompad.com/
i think bitchin seats is the best option! eventually i would like to get a nice front bitchen seat to replace my rsd tracker solo seat, and have them do a matching suction cup passenger seat / pillion pad. http://www.bitchinseats.com/01/modules/multiMenu/

It's for a friends bike. He rides a 2013 Wide Glide & it came with a nice Corbin Solo Seat. Corbin does not make a pillion pad that works with his seat for some reason. He really likes his Corbin seat but just needs something for when he picks up the ladies.
He looked at the Phantom Pads but there won't fit his bike with the sissy bar attached.
I thought they were a little expensive at first too, but trust me it is worth the $$. I use it every time I ride with my boyfriend and it does not leave a mark. It's easy on and easy off plus it very comfortable which makes riding with him more fun.
