Personally, I don't subscribe to the _______ is not made for bling/chrome or whatever. I think our bikes, no matter the model, are made for whatever we want. However, having said that, I agree with those who have objected to the current wings showing up on the top edges of the emblem. I don't think that looks good at all, and I wouldn't do it for that reason.

IMO, remove the existing wings first, otherwise it's sort of a "double, double" thing. Do you need 2 pair of wings in the same area?
