So I bought a 2009 FLSTC. 10,000 miles on it. I am surprised how much easier this bike is to ride than my Yamaha 650. The guy I bought it from had straightshot slip ons with no baffles, Way too loud for me. I put the stock pipes back on and am happy with the sound. He also had a DynoJet and programed the bike for more hp. He said the milage was 34 mpg. I reprogrammed the bike back to the original setting, good enough for me. So far I am very happy with the bike. I am a little nervous on how loud the engine is but I think that is normal and I will get used to it. All I know is that I have a grin ear to ear when I am riding.
I love my 2012! to get that sound, mine has reinhardts on it and i love that low rumble!
