I replaced mine with new ones after too many dings.

I woulduse a blow drier to heat them up then slip some fishing line behind them and start sliding down.

i also used fishing line. just take a piece of line and slide it behind the reflectors using a sawing motion. they should pop right off. then use goo gone or lighter fluid to get the glue off. that was the first thing i did when i first got my bike.
