Default exhaust slip ons

Help ive been reading so much about slip on and baffle size been looking for slip on exhaust want a little louder but not to loud so went with rush with 2 in baffel for my stock heritage the guys at rush say I won't have to remap harley says yes remap can any one give me advice

You don't need to remap. The dealer just wants to sell you something that you don't need and is way overpriced.

Just believe the Rush Rep.. Had my Rush 2'' baffles since 07 and still love them, in fact mine was the 1st set of Rush mufflers our dealer installed..

without adding a HP - AC you'll be fine.

If the bike is completely stock remapping isn't required for 99% of bikes when using the 1.75 or 2.00" baffles. We still recommend tuning to bring out the performance and improve the ride but it's usually not required with these baffle sizes. Any time exhaust is changed tuning is a good idea. If you just do slip ons it's usually not a requirement to tune. Tuning is required with any full system upgrades.
