Looks great man. I think I'm going with 12's myself. Being vertically challenged at a towering 5'4" I'm a little nervous about pulling the trigger though. It's always nerve racking to make a change like that. Glad you're happy with it!

I'm considering a set of 14" Outlawz for my Crossbones.
I have a set of 16" Wild One Chubby Springer Apes and I love the quality and the fit. I just don't like how wide apart they are which is a consequence of having to be so because Springer risers are further apart than non springer risers.
Not sure why they don't make the Outlawz in 16" which is what I really want but I think the 14" will work well, especially if I push them forward a bit...
