Leatherworks is one of the great american companys left that really do go the extra mile for their customers...I cannot say enough about them. Great all around customer service!!
Nice to hear a positive review of an American manufacturer, especially after all the recent Outlaw Cycles and Samson reviews!
my experience with samson wasnt good, and it wasnt good with vance and hines also..and even jp cycles got things right in terms of fast shipping and processing, but after sales also not good.
osprey was ok, but not exactly helpful- more like doing the bare minimum.
Leatherworks were exceptional. we should support them. i am in australia and they certainly didnt have to go out of their way to assist.
Aimee sent me links to pics, accessories, even ones that they dont sell themselves.
ill go to them first before anywhere else when im looking to buy.
THATs where the profit is made. repeat customers and customers going there because they are treated right.
I am most likely going to be purchasing another, larger set of bags probably next year. I am fortunate that they are only 60 miles from where I live, so my order to recieve turnaround is 3 days...if that.
