Help with bolt

I find those small bolts are a pain in the *** with ezouts. I usually cut a slot in the head with a small wheel Dremal.Heat the bolt with a heat gun,rap screwdriver once with a dead blow hammer and most of the time they are instantly loose.Lots of ways to go about it.
