Laugh all you want but the only answer is peanut butter. It works. I've used it myself countless times for this exact scenario. Spread a little bit of it on, work it in with an old soft toothbrush, and wipe it off. Wax will be gone.

Peanut butter, Olive oil, Gunk oil removes oil.

spray a little simple green on the spot and rub with soft bristle toothbrush. It will come right off.

The wd40 worked. Correct me if I'm wrong,but if I use peanut butter, won't I get hungry about 5 miles from home?
