just looking for solid information. I'm well aware of the fact that they are in Germany and it takes a little longer to ship vs me ordering off of Amazon. Their website wouldn't even allow me to pay for the item. That's what I was trying to explain in my post. Did you read that part?
Bought parts from them and they've been very reliable and trustworthy.
Try and contact Nico Shnepel (nico@thunderbike.de), he is in charge of the online sales and orders, pretty sure you will solve your problem.
Thanks for that Nost. I got in touch with Nico this morning and he explained that they have to alter the shipping for any order outside the EU. That's why it takes a few days to receive the order confirmation that then allows the opportunity to pay for it. Thanks for the replies.
I ordered the chin fairing for my breakout from them a few weeks ago. Communication through email was a breeze. Payment was made via PayPal and 10 days later, my fairing showed up at my front door. It was an easy painless transaction. Just remember, it is going to take a bit longer to get your part from Germany than Amazon.
Do you mind saying how much the chin spoiler was and how it fit up? Any modifications to allow air flow to the voltage regulator?

I'm located in the US and ordered the short risers for a breakout from Thunderbike recently. Nico was great to deal with through email. Quick responses and answered all questions. I never received the tracking email so he forwarded me the link. Customs overseas somewhere had the risers for over 2 weeks and then once they arrived stateside it took only 2-3 days for me to receive them. I would plan at least 3 weeks for shipping if you're in the US but it has nothing to do with Thunderbike. I would recommend them and might order from them again sometime.
They now have a flat-fee for worldwide shipping (59 / almost 1:1 in USD at the moment). Should be a bit easier, if you want to avoid any human contact
;-)
I've had a few bits from them and I give them a 10 out of 10 for fast service, Germay to the UK in 3 days, obviously would take longer to the USA plus I found the courier fee very reasonable to.
Just got a set of turn signals, Only issue is the site showed them being black and the came unfinished. Also 69 EURO flat rate shipping is a bit ridiculous but overall they were great to work with. And I got to practice my German.

69 Eur for shipping to the US is fairly normal. That is in line with shipping costs from the US to here.
