Air Filter Question
Hi All,
When I got my 05 Fat boy last year it already Stage 1 done to it. V&H long shots, Stage 1 air filter I think( the cover is still the football but there is no back to it) A round Green Air filter sits behind the cover. and I think a stage 1 download. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of history on the bike.
So now to my questions. Does anyone know what the Green Air filter is?
Do i need to clean and oil it?
Also If I took the football off and just used a round open cover would I need to worry about leaning the bike out or has the download already taken care of this?

Regarding the down load - - I think you would need to have a Harley shop run a check on their computer.
Also, if you change the air cleaner, this could require a new down load to the ECM.
If it were my bike, I would have Harley do a remap - - if it has not been remapped you could be running way too lean and hot.
