HELP!!!! 2007 alarm won't shut off

Any suggestions? Trying to install PCIII We have to shut off alarm to remove battery. We have thefob on handlebars, trying to use personal code to shut off alarm but can't get it to go into code entry mode. We have followed the owners manual directionsand it won't disarm.

kishstl...let your alarm reset, turn the ignition to "ON" and then remove the Maxifuse! No alarm, no problems, and you can continue with the PCIII installation!

I think I'd load her up and run her by the dealer or someone qualified to tinker with H D electrics. Or drop Chops an e-mail. He might be able to help you. Look him up in the FatBoy section page 2 or 3 I think....Good Luck
