Default freedom performance Cust svc

So since Samson's mini cholos are on backorder till the turn of the next century, I called and ordered freedom's 36" sharktails today. When I called the company, the salesman actually located a company that had them in stock for cheaper than they could sell them to me! He gave me the phone number, and told me that it would be much cheaper for me to go that route than to pay a ton of shipping from them. Now that is customer service! Now if only Samson would catch on..... Lol

tccarl, please post pics once you have them installed. I am considering 36" cholos to replace my V&H true duals and would like to see how they look on your ride.
Thanks,,,

If you need Freedom Sharktails hit me up. I'm getting set up as a dealer as I type.

This is good to know. Before I bought my Reinharts I shopped for Freedom performance. The closest dealer suggested was a guy in Georgia. He seemed to do more for baggers than anything else. Being that I hadn't heard anything about him I bought Reinhart from Fuelmoto. Next set I will get from you then.

The only issue I had with Freedom Performance when I put their exhaust on my Slim was that the instruction sheet was out of date. At the time of the install, I didn't know about the difference in the old O2 sensors (18mm) and the new ones (12mm). Somewhere in between pulling the old exhaust and getting things set up before putting the new one on, I realized I might be screwed - the bungs were for the larger ones.

Good thing was, their PRODUCT was up to date - the hardware kit included the bung adapters, so I was actually all good.

Wish I'd have actually seen those before I jumped through my *** for 2 hours to find another set.

Always meant to touch base with them to let them know about the confusion and need for the update, but never got around to it. Love their stuff, though, and recommend them.

As for Hogpro becoming a dealer, best of luck with the venture!
