Well, my Heritage will not be stock after tomorrow. Opted for SE slip ons, and while at the indy mechanic, he is upgrading the guts of the airbox and retuning to reduce engine heat. Hopefully, I will end up with a better running, better sounding machine.....

....I suppose, and off we go into add on land.......

I am not....thanks for asking. My goal was a 'richer' sound, not necessarily louder......

You got the last part right! Your bike should run sweet, enjoy it. Personal touches to your ride are almost as fun as riding sometimes. Get the checkbook out! lol

I think you now need a re-map or fuel pak, since you have changed the airbox.

Add on land has a interesting immigration policy. It is open to all, but very expensive to enter. Once inside no one wants to leave.

Just got the bike back....

Wow! I love it! Way better sound and a little more low end torque. He put in a V&H V02 air kit after installing the slip ons, then did a reprogram to richen up the mixture. So far....pretty happy.
