I highly doubt it. The stock rim is something like 4"-4.5" and has a 160 on it. People put 3"-3.5" 120's on the front. A 3" rim is thinner than the stock rear wheel and I'm saying it wouldn't be able to hold a 180.
Seems a stock deuce wheel is a 17x4.5 which would fit up to a 200 but I'm curious why you say yours is a 16x3? Aftermarket I assume, if so the swingarm and fender should fit a 200 but the 16x3 wheel would fit up to a 160...

I think you would be pushing it with the stock rim and there's modifications that need to be done to get it to work. You can't just shove a 200 in there. I have a 200 on a 17x6 on my Deuce.
