HD Sidekick Seat, like new used once

Harley Davidson Sidekick Seat for softails, great condition, like new used once, no rips, tears of any kind and the felt on the underside is fully intact. Seat tabs are fully intact. Part Number 51387-06A retails for $399.95, goes for $332 at online wholesaler's. Came off of an '08 Fat Boy. Read fitment below straight from HD website, I will not answer any "will it fit my.." questions so lets not waste our time thanks.
Fits '07-later FLSTF, FLSTFB, FLSTSB and '06-later FXST, FXSTB, FXSTC and FXSTS (except FLSTSE/2/3 and FXSTSSE/2/3) models. FLSTSB models require separate purchase of Passenger Footpeg Mounting Kit P/N 50932-08 and passenger footpegs. Seat width 12.5"; pillion width 6.5".
Asking $240 shipped, USA Lower 48 only. Shipping seats is not cheap, ask me how I know. At least $30 to ship, more if it's cross country.
