Default Driver's backrest (**SOLD**)

SOLD--I'm starting to clear out my garage of some no longer used/needed items.

The next item up for sale is a Kuryakyn model KY-8987 driver's backrest.
This was on my 2009 Heritage and was very comfortable.
I've now got a Signature Series Seat with a backrest so this item is no longer needed.

http://www.cruisercustomizing.com/ku...r/part/KY-8987

The only thing wrong with it that I'm aware is the plastic collar on the left post could be glued on but it works fine as it is.
The collar can be seen to the left of the left post in the picture of the actual backrest on the second picture.

Also the instructions mention spacers for possible use with Heritage saddle bags but I don't recall seeing any spacers.

OK, now for the real stuff.

Please read the following very carefully:

I'm asking $50 for the backrest.

I'll require two payments.
The first payment is the price of the backrest.
The second payment is the actual shipping cost.

30 day refund.
If for whatever reason the buyer doesn't want the backrest as long as I receive the backrest in the same condition as it was shipped within 30 days of the day I notify the buyer that the backrest has shipped I'll refund 100% of the cost of the backrest (this excludes shipping cost to and shipping cost for the return).

If I get the backrest returned 31 days after I notify the buyer that the backrest has been shipped or if I get the backrest back in a condition less than what it was shipped, I'll return the backrest once I get the returned shipping cost sent to me but there will be no refund.

All payments are paypal with all fees to be paid by the buyer.
