Good condition near new swing arm bag from Viking. Has very lame mounting straps with Velcro. I would use threaded clamps from a local hardware store to be safe. I would be using it still but ended up with full bags. This is a nice piece and is well built. $80 shipped in the continental US seems fair. Otherwise ask for quote.
