i think it acts as a dual filament bulb would. it would be dim when lit, then bright when the brakes were on.

it keeps the rear lights on while the bike is running but also allows the brake light to light up.so yes it turns the rear brake lights into running light, the license plate bracket is verticle and has never been installed

V&H short shots staggered (Black) make offer
Fuel pak- make offer
arlen ness big sucker air intake with high flow filter- make offer
axle mount license plate bracket (black) $20 shipped
run/brake modual $25 shipped
