Yes! They will fit an '05 model...... I only know about these because they were originally mine. If anyone wants to see them mounted on a bike, let me know and I'll dig up some pictures. BTW: they were orig around $600 for the forwards and you have the matching grips with Arlen Ness throttle bearing. The bearing makes the throttle grip ride very smoothly! I installed another Ness throttle bearing when I changed to my PM grips. I wouldn't run another set of alum grips without the bearing.
