Any scratches or dings in the tins? Also does the Sissy bar have all mounting hardware and pad?

Zero scratches or dings. Sissy bar is brand new (short) and the mounting hardware is already on the rear tin. All you would need to buy is the back pad of your choice. Tank is for fuel infected models.
