Harley Chrome teardrop toolbox
*SOLD*
HD chrome teardrop toolbox for softails. Assume it's for the right side. New lock and two keys. Opens and closes nice. Used but in good shape yet.
Looks like this is part# 64937-00A. (I'm going off of the shape of the bracket because the one in 64937-00A instructions matches the one I'm selling).
$40 shipped (continental U.S.)
Note: Reason it has a new lock is just because when I bought it there were no keys for it. Turns out that a new lock comes with 2 keys for $4.95... or I could've bought just the keys for $4.95... made more sense to get the new lock option.
Comes with mounting bracket (see pics).
What you should be aware of:
1) Previous owner put felt strips or soft side of velcro strips on the inside to keep tools from clanking around. These are stuck on good so if you plan on taking them out expect to put in some good elbow grease. (see pics)
2) Previous owner spot welded door shut (two dots in second pic). I took a dremel and slit the welds (not the box, just welds) so it could open again. You can see in the third pic when the tool box is open that the welds don't affect the toolbox at all. Also,The weld spots are toward the ground so can't be seen when installed.

True. At the time I was gonna attach it to a sportster and had a 'normal' key, not one of these universals.
