Default 04 deuce with 200 metzler

New upgrade for my 04 Deuce. Have added a 18 x 5.5 rim from Hogpro and a 200 Metzler tire. Only thing left to do to rear end is lower it a bit now.

Check your fender clearances before lowering it. I have a Shotgun on mine, so it rides slammed most of the time, but my 200mm Dunlop American Elite was rubbing on the bolts and fender supports before I shaved them down. It still rubbed a bit after that. If I can convince the wife to let me get a Road Glide, we won't have to worry about a rear fender anymore.

Thanks Village Idiot, I have actually already shaved down all bolts on inside and used jam nuts instead which knocked a good 1/4 in off each side. I also used button socket cap bolts for the ones that hold the fender support covers onto the rear fender. Wife does ride with me so gonna def check everything before I leave it lowered. Nice thing about working for a nut and bolt company is I have access to all of these fasteners and bushings :-)

I used to have a Heritage in the early 90's, for about 5 years and dirt bikes prior to that. Just picked up this beauty, from a bro. I will be ,aking it my flavor little by little, but this beast is insane. Love it.
