I used this kit, http://soetengadesign.com/Seat%20kits.htm . Its pretty expensive for what you get but you don't have to drill into the frame. I also didn't care for it being polished stainless so I painted the brackets and the cover pan black. The seat is HD.
Mine is carbed, I read on another site that the only reason that they say the kit doesn't fit EFI is that all 4 mounting holes in the cover pan don't line up, but you can just fasten using the 2 bottom holes or I suppose you could redrill the pan also
