Lundee are you wrapping the exhuast to keep heat off yer' leg, looks or for the slight performance gain?

I wrapped the exhaust on one of my 4 stroke Katooms last year as it was an overheating beast that would literally boil the fuel in the tank. Everytime I washed the bike the wrap looked worse and worse and eventually started to disenigrate.

Are those prewrapped pipes you are pulling off yer's for sale?

Same pipes, just chopped them up. I went all out this time high temp paint. Wrap, and painted the wrap. It's for the looks, upper heat shield is still on. I did it to my wifes bike and it actually helped heat and power. It may have done that on my bike but I wrapped them before I ever ran 'em.
