Natches Trace Ride
Heading out Sat. for Nashville, couple days there, then down the Natches Trace. Going to take a little side trip over to Vicksburg. Got a few old friends there I need to see. Then on down to the Big Easy, across the Gulf Coast into FL, then make my way to Brunswick Ga. to see an old Army buddy there. Whole week of riding, hope the weather is good. Talk to ya'll when I get back.

do a little homework the word around here is there is a section of the trace that is closed due to bridge work and will be for 2 years. i dont know were you can look this up but i bet if you do a serch there is a place that can fill you in on this. have a safe trip and keep both tires on the ground.

Watch your speed around Leipers Fork (just South of Nashville). That little bastard is out there everyday in his Cherokee collecting revenue. There are two great stopping spots in Leipers Fork. Country Boy Restaurant and Pucketts Grocery for burgers. That's also home to the Judds, McGraws (Boston, TN to be exact), and Michael McDonald, so keep your peepers open.
