Mrs Live2Ride and I were thinking about making a trip to the Wheels Through Time museum this weekend (21st or 22nd). My dad and sister might join as well. This is of course weather permitting and as of this morning, the news was showing rain for Saturday, so Sunday mightbe better. Good possibility that if the forecast is lookin' bad for the weekend, we might just drive up. That place just looks cool and I want to see it. I haven't looked at the directions on how to get there, so I don't have a route planned. If we drive, we'll of course just take the fastest/easiest route.
I'll talk to the Mrs and see what she thinks. She was complaining about being bored over the weekend, so we decided we would go to the museum this weekend. Maybe I can take her to the aquarium in Atlanta this weekend and go to the museum next weekend. Of course it's up to her, but she should be ok with that. I'll use my best persuasive skills.
It's shows about 95 miles each way, but there are other ways to get there that add a few miles. It's a pretty good trip on a bike, probably atleast 4 hours each way with stops.
I talked to the Mrs and she said waiting until next weekend was fine for her as long as I took her out someplace this weekend. So we can all thank simcom for spoiling the plans this weekend! Just kidding. We can plan to make the trip to Wheels Through Time next weekend.

Call Wheels Through Time to see if Dale will be there the weekend you are going, if Dale is there he will start any motorcycle or car in the place if you would like to hear it run. Sometimes he will even take them out side and ride them around after starting them.
Dale is one of a kind and he has a wonderful museum to spend a half a day or longer wondering around!
Enjoy your time there, my wife and I do every time we go there to visit with Dale.

I'll do that. That would be awesome to see some of those old bikes fired up and ridden around.
