OK, I am stupid. The post is in the sticky section. I looked all up and down the normal forum and did not see it. So used to bypassing the sticky section. Sorry for the double post.

Go to the very top of the Southeast section and look right under the thread titled "New Rule For Signature Images". There is a thread started by Zombie that is in reference to Rahow's post. It's titled "Friend and fellow member needs our help".
