I think I have a solution to my problem getting my bike to Seabrook Island. I may trailer the bike down and leave the trailer just out side the gate of the high falutin' Island. I sure would hate to disturb their peace and quite with my bone stock bagger.

Anyway, is there anyone that will be riding in the Myrtle Beach - Charleston area this weekend?

Ha-ha, man I feel what you are saying. I am going to try and round up a few of the boys for this weekend. I'll holler when we figure out what's up. Later.

I am ridin the scoot to Charleston this weekend. I am going to wait and leave on the bike Saturday morning. Take my time in getting down there. I am going to have to leave my bike outside the gates unless some one else has a better idea???

Would like to get some riding in while I am there.

RE: Charleston - Myrtle Beach this weekend
Well, I made it home. Got a little wet on the way down. Stayed dry on the way back. Logged 452 miles round trip. Boy did the scoot ever ride good. Locked it in around 75 -80 to keep up with traffic and just cruised. I did get passed running 75 by a guy on a 883 sportster, and no it was not ******. I have to get a clearview wind shield with the recurve and vent though. At higher speeds the helmet had some buffeting and made my eyes rattle. It really sucked that it rained from the time I got to Charleston until the time I left and did not get to do any riding while I was there. All in all a good trip as it was a chance to log some miles on the SS to get a feel for the bike. All but around 40 of the miles were interstate.
