Default NC-SC

Had meeting in Stateville so rode over Sunday. Had a guy in a Escalade on I-77 try and share my lane. I ended up on theleft shoulder. Then had to leave early Monday afternoon and shoot straight down to Charleston, SC. Had a lady try and share my lane on I-77, hit the brakes and let her in then she about crapped herself when she saw me.

No one does head checks anymore.

I-26 into N. Charleston is crazy.

Then up this morning at 5:30for a 112 mile ride back home and I had only packed for afternoon riding in 70F+ temps. Froze my *** off.

It's been an unusually chilly spring here. Morning temps in the 40's. Makes for a chilly ride in to work.

I hate going to Charleston in my truck much less going on my bike. The people down there do NOT know how to drive. Glad to see you made it back in one piece. You got to love the Carolinas this time of year. 50 deg in the morning, 80 deg in the afternoon and a chance of thunderstorms every day.

Thanks

Be careful when you get on 85 between Charlotte and Spartanburg. It is nuts, even in a cage. Just keep your eyes wide open.

Would it be better and more scenic to take I-77 to I-40 to 26 and right into Spartanberg?

Streets and trips shows it as being about 50 miles longer, but if traffic and idiots will tie us up I would take anything better. Comming from the North East area, I cant believe anything is worse then NY and Connecticut Drivers

I packed for afternoon riding in the 70s. Didn't expect to have to ride at 5:30AM and 50F. I froze my *** off. It's about 112 miles up through the forest on 41 to my house. Just glad I had my winter gloves.

back windows??? [:@]
