I would like to tell you about my recent experience with the HD Dealer in Jackson MS.

I just completed a ride from West Palm Beach Fl to Wash DC, down the Shennandoah Valley, across to Maryville, TN (for the dragon), over the Nashville, TN (had a real good time downtown Nashville), down the Natchez Trace to Tupelo (to see where Elvis was born) then to the in-laws in Jackson, MS Tuesday night.

Wednesday morning the bike sounded like crap and would not run. I called the HD in Jackson, MS&nbsp\\;and got towed to the dealership. I figure my bike arrived there about noon Wednesday. Even though they were pretty busy they took the time and put forth a lot of effort to diagnose the problem. "No compression in the rear cylinder." They checked it out and tore down the rear head and found the valves were warped and had hit together. Thursday the replaced both the valves in the head and reassembled my bike. I was done before the end of the day Thursday.

This was very impressive and they were going to be closed Friday for the forth of July.
They really went out of there way to help and get me back on the road.

I was back on the road 6am Friday morning and was still right on schedule.

They made me feel welcome, comfortable and were extremely helpful.
Did I mention that when they were done the bill was only a few hundred dollars?

Earl, the owner, spent time with me to show me and describe the "Trail Of Tears" that his dealership puts on every year and had just done.

It is&nbsp\\;outstanding!

Call em. Tell em I sent you.
Tell em I said THANKS!
Tell em where you heard about em.
Tell Sonny Hello!
