Shorty's Poker Run

Weddington Volunteer Fire Dept - 13496 West Hwy. 16 -- Shorty's Poker Run is a benefit run for Darwin "Shorty" Bolstad and his wife, Ivy. Darwin has has been diagnosed with a lymphoma brain tumor and is currently receiving chemotherapy treatments at University of Arkansas Medical School in Little Rock. Since the treatments require them to be in Little Rock for several days at a time, Ivy has taken over the business and is doing her best to keep their customers happy. All proceeds from the run go to Shorty and Ivy to provide some financial assistance through this difficult time. An effort is being made to surprise them, so please don't tell them about it if you know them. =) Registration fee is $20 which includes 1 hand and a seated lunch after the event. Additional hands may be purchased for $5 each. Additional meals may also be purchased for $5 at the event. Schedule: Riders out: 10-11am Riders In: 1-2pm Lunch served from 1:30-3:00 Prizes at 3:30

Held at The Victoria Inn, on Hwy 62, Eureka Springs. Gates open at 10:00 am and bikes must be entered by 12:00pm. Bikes must be ridden in. Trophies will be awarded. Special Olympics - Ride the Ridge
Wynne, Ar.
Poker Run begins at Wynne High School Parking Lot (take Hwy 1/Falls Blvd. to Bridges St.), first bike out at 10:00 a.m., last bike out at 12:00 NOON, last bike in 3 p.m. The ride will approx. 100 miles of rolling hills on the beautiful Crowley's Ridge Parkway. The ride ends at the Central Arkansas Turbine Bonair Airport, Hwy 1 South of Forrest City, Arkansas. The will be a $100 prize for the best hand. The charge for the poker run and festivities will be $20.00 PRE-REGISTRATION, will ensure you a Poker hand, Ride the Ridge T-Shirt, 2006 ide the Ridge pin, coozie, one door prize ticket, ALL YOU CAN EAT CRAWFISH & BAR-B-QUE. You can register the day of the event, but will not be guaranteed the "extras"- coozie, pin or the size of the T-Shirt. We will also have a 50/50 drawing, live auction and lots good door prizes. You do not have to ride in the poke run to enjoy the festivities, just show up at the airport and give your donations and enjoy the crawfish and bar-b-que. EVERYONE WELCOME!!!

Wild Hog Musicfest & Motorcycle Rally

Located in downtown Helena, Arkansas along the banks of the Mississippi river, April 21-23, 2006 rally features Blood Sweat & Tears along with Chuck Negron former Three Dog Night singer and five additional bands. Poker run, field events, bike show and Corvette Gathering.

A.B.A.T.E. District 10 Spring Thaw

Held at Coleman Park in Roseton. Gates open at 2:00 pm Friday the 28th. This event will include a poker run, biker games, vendors, 50/50 raffle, camping, auctions, music and more. The poker run will have a $500.00 payout. Everyone welcome
