I just took the Ride Like a Pro NC course for the second time today. J.D. really puts on a great class. I can see my riding improve with each time I go out. There were 2 guys from New Jersey, a guy from Raleigh, a gal from Maryland and a gal from Georgia in the class.
I took the MSF Basic Course in June and then Ride Like a Pro NC a couple weeks ago and again today. I have been riding since September of 2004 and these are the first formal classes I have taken.
I highly recommend the Ride Like a Pro NC course. You can check them out at www.ridelikeapronc.com also the main Ride Like a Pro site is www.ridelikeapro.com and you can buy the DVD's there.
