Most of the vendors had the same stuff so there really wasn't a variety and there were less vendors there then I had ever seen. Only about a dozen or so bikes in the bike show. I was really disappointed this year.
Crowd was ok but not the number of people I have seen there before. Not worth the $12 to get in that's for sure. JMHO
Yep, I second the nothing but junk part! All I saw was beat up old scrap that should have been tossed years ago. I can understand keeping an item that is not worn out, but come on! I mean there was actually a guy with a bent rim and a bunch of beat to hell tins and seats there. Who in the hell would buy a piston that looked like you could stick your finger thru the top of it? Better yet, how about them crack heads on the stripper pole? Then there was this one guy with the Outlaws that was in cuffs, dont know what he did, dont care. The only upside of the whole event was seeing one of our own members bike there, and getting a sweet deal on a touring bag (brand new to boot) for my bike.
Was the wet t-shirt contest at least worth it? Back a few years ago, used to be nothin but strippers gettin up there. It was a good time. The last time I watched it there were women on stage who could have been my mom and were not in very good shape at all unless you consider "bell" a shape. lol

LOL...its a swap meet...one man's trash is another man's Gold.
T contest there were 3 young girls, several older "girls' and one really fat chick.
Of the three young ones, one was very flat chested, one was a little below average and the other was a skinny girl with ***** that were not numbers matching. One older girl, if she shot herself between the nipples would have shot her knee. Somebody offeres the fat chick $10 to put her shirt back on.
I don't think the swap meet was worth $12 either. Few bikes in the show, vendors lower in number and quality and lots of really old crap there. Lots of Outlaws and affiliated clubs with some other patch holders not flying. Outlaws were pretty decent if you happened to interact with them. We ended up sitting at a table with some while eating lunch and the conversation was pretty general. I can thank my buddies wife for that. She was going to get us a table while we stood in line and imagine my thoughts when the table she got us had about 4 patch holders there. Asked if they minded if we sat and they said sure, they stayed a few minutes and went off about their business.
Maybe it's time for the CBA to re-examine their swap meet plan and modify it. I do love going whether I find something to buy or not but....
I wish SC ABATE would do something like that. I remember talking to a state officer about that idea and they said they were working on it. That was 2+ yrs ago. Glad to see they're not working HARD at it. lol
